As architects, facilitators, knowledge experts and coaches we work
with leaders to design, plan and execute holistic, integrated strategic

tools available to build comprehensive and effective transformation
plans.
Our
approach to transformation focuses simultaneously on building knowledge
and mastery in four areas required for sustained,
positive
organizational
change. We refer to these areas as the Four Transformation Cornerstones
- Self-Mastery;
- Interpersonal
Mastery;
- Value Exchange, and
- Change Methodology.
In over 23 years of action research we’ve
discovered that the most effective transformation initiatives address
all four areas of change simultaneously.

Balanced, inclusive, holistic approaches to large-scale change produce
lasting results. The four cornerstones posit that to change our organizations,
we must:
- Change ourselves
- Gain mastery in relating with others
- Gain knowledge of a deeper value exchange with our customers
- Adopt a “method” for change (rather than executing
a new change program every other week).
