Discoveries are often made by
not following instructions; by going off the main roads; by trying
the untried. —Frank Tyger
As coaches, consultants and facilitators, we work with organizations
committed to transformation. Transformation is a marked change in the
nature or function of organizational systems; it is discontinuous,
step-function improvement in desired results.
Using the Transformation Cycle, we support leadership
teams in the planning, execution and review of holistic, integrated
change programs,
generally over an 18-month cycle. In other words, we have extended
engagements with our clients, working as strategic partners mutually
committed to the organization’s desired results.
Breakthrough improvement or transformation requires the leadership
team to identify a few key performance areas that, if improved, will
produce desired results. While there are many ways to organize key
performance areas, through
our research and fieldwork we have identified nine key performance
areas that need to be led, managed, and improved over time in order
to accomplish organizational transformation. We work with leaders
to achieve alignment, coordination, synergy, matched progress, and
balance
across all areas so that organizational transformation is possible.
Organizational Fronts
We support leaders and staff in shifting their thinking from
defensiveness to openness. A willingness to see an abundance
of possibilities is
created. Through our coaching, a maturation of the organization
is often achieved.
