TSI is a catalyst for personal,
relational and organizational transformation. We work with an array
of organizations, including nonprofits,
for-profits, associations, governments, and communities. We define
transformation as a marked change in people, relationships and organizations – change
that creates step-function, or breakthrough, results.
We employ a systematic approach to transformation that is based on
over 23 years of action-research conducted in partnership with people
and organizations around the world. As a team of professionals, we
possess diverse backgrounds in organizational leadership, government
service, business management, consulting, and applied research. We
are interested in what works, seeking out the approaches and techniques
for change that hold a proven track record. When the answers are not
yet discovered, we conduct original research to find the most practical
solution. |
